In this class, your instructor will work from the ground up and give you a little taste of the basics of pole dance and fitness. It will be love at first spin!
We recommend wearing leggings or shorts and a tank or t-shirt. Whatever you feel comfortable in! Layers are always a good idea.
We don't allow rings, bracelets or dangly earrings on the dance floor. Avoid lotions and body oils 24 hours prior to class- they make for a slippery experience.
In this class you will be introduced to the basics of aerial sling, silks, AND hoop! It will be hard to pick a fave!
We recommend wearing leggings and a shirt that covers your stomach and underarms. Clothing should be fitted, not baggy.
We don't allow rings, bracelets or dangly earrings for safety reasons.
