Heated Vinyasa Yoga:
A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow in a room that is 75 – 78 degrees. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In this power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
Restorative yoga is a practice for slowing down the mind, and opening the body through supported stretches. This allows the body to relax deeply into total stillness with the permission to surrender and be in your own space on your mat. Smooth Yin Yoga:
Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep and connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. Learning about foods that spike blood sugar and what happens to your body after eating those foods year after year. What a portion really is and why you just can’t seem to take weight off and worse keep it off!
The second component of Ditch the Diet® is learning the importance of exercise and how you can do it easily in your own home with a band and a few weights! Every class has an exercise portion in it, so wear your work out attire!
